How hoodr works.

hoodr is two products on Robinhood Chain. hoodr.fun turns a tweet into on-chain actions — launch a token, trade tokenized stocks, send tokens, and route fees, all from X. hoodr.trade is a self-custodial perpetuals exchange for tokenized stocks, ETFs and commodities. This guide walks through every feature with copy-paste examples.

Everything on hoodr.fun runs by mentioning @Hoodrbot in a public tweet. The bot handles pinning, deployment, swaps and routing for you — you never leave the timeline or touch a contract.

Robinhood Chain

Both products live on Robinhood Chain — an EVM Layer-2 (chainId 4663). Gas is a fraction of a cent, blocks are fast, and the tokenized stocks (NVDA, TSLA, GOOGL…) are real on-chain ERC-20s priced by Chainlink oracle feeds. The stablecoin used across the ecosystem is USDG.

hoodr.fun — tweet to everything

hoodr.fun is the tweet-driven layer. Mention @Hoodrbot with a command and it executes on-chain, replying with a link or a transaction. No wallet connection, no website, no code required to start.

The reward stocks holders can earn — and the stocks you can trade/send — are NVDA, TSLA and GOOGL.

Launch a token

Tweet @Hoodrbot deploy with a name and ticker. That's the whole flow — hoodr pins your metadata, deploys the token on a launchpad, wires up rewards, and replies with the token page.

Available venues

hoodr.fun is a launchpad aggregator, not a single site — pick where your token deploys with the venue: line and hoodr routes the launch there for you, all from one tweet.

Omit venue: entirely and your token launches on bags — the default, with the full holder stock-reward flow. Example: @Hoodrbot deploy MoonCoin MOON venue: flap.

Loose formats work too

You don't have to be precise. hoodr infers the name and ticker from natural language, cashtags, or positional words — and it won't mint a token from a casual mention.

Stock rewards

This is hoodr.fun's signature mechanic. Instead of paying holders in the meme token, token holders earn real tokenized stock.

• Every token launches with one reward stock (set with stock:).
• A share of trading fees is converted ETH → USDG → stock and set aside for holders.
• Rewards are time-weighted ("token-seconds" = balance × time held), so real holders earn and flash-buys earn ~nothing.
• Holders claim their share and receive the stock straight to their wallet.

Example: You launch $MOON with stock: NVDA. As $MOON trades, fees buy NVDA into a holder pool. A wallet that held 10% of the token-seconds can claim ~10% of the accrued NVDA.

Buy

Buy tokenized stock — or any token — with ETH, straight from a tweet. Stock buys route through the deep USDG pools for a cheap fill (~0.6%).

Not set up? No problem. If your recipient doesn't have a hoodr wallet yet, the funds are held for them — they just tweet @Hoodrbot claim to collect. You can tip anyone on X, even before they've onboarded.

If the recipient isn't set up yet, their fees accrue safely until they claim — non-custodially, with the platform cut capped in-contract.

hoodr.trade — perps on tokenized stocks

hoodr.trade is a self-custodial perpetual-futures exchange. Go long or short on tokenized stocks, ETFs and commodities with up to 100× leverage, settled in USDG. There's no order book — pricing is oracle-driven, so fills are instant and available 24/7.

How perps work

A perpetual future ("perp") is a position that tracks an asset's price with no expiry date. You post USDG as margin, choose your leverage, and go long (betting the price rises) or short (betting it falls). You never hold the underlying stock — just price exposure to it.

• Margin & leverage. Your margin is your collateral; leverage (up to 100×) multiplies it into a larger position. 100 USDG at 10× controls ~$1,000 of exposure.
• Mark price. There's no order book — your entry and running PnL are set by the live Chainlink oracle price, so the perp always tracks the real asset, 24/7.
• Profit & loss. PnL = position size × (price move ÷ entry price). Leverage amplifies both ways — a 1% move at 100× is a 100% swing on your margin.
• Funding. A skew-based funding rate flows between longs and shorts, keeping the perp price pinned to spot.
• Liquidation. If losses eat into your maintenance-margin buffer, the position is closed automatically to protect the shared vault.

In one sentence: deposit USDG, pick a market, side and leverage, and you're trading a live oracle-priced position you can close any time — with take-profit / stop-loss and automatic liquidation handling the risk. The sections below break each piece down.

Markets

18 markets across three categories, each priced by a Chainlink feed (8-decimal, 24/5):

Open a position

Connect a wallet, deposit USDG collateral, then set side, margin and leverage:

• Side — long (price up) or short (price down).
• Margin — how much USDG you post.
• Leverage — 1× to 100× (per-market cap). Position size = margin × leverage.

Example: Deposit 100 USDG, pick NVDA · Long · 10× → a ~$990 NVDA position (after ~1% open fee), entered at the live Chainlink price. Your liquidation price is shown before you confirm. Close any time, or set take-profit / stop-loss orders that a keeper executes for you.

Leverage tiers scale with liquidity — highest on the deepest names (e.g. 100× on NVDA/TSLA), lower on the rest to manage gap risk.

Pricing & funding

Pricing. The mark price comes straight from Chainlink oracle feeds, so it tracks the real asset — including nights and weekends. Stale-feed protection freezes new opens if a feed goes quiet.

Funding. A skew-based funding rate makes the heavier side (longs or shorts) pay the lighter side, pulling the perp price toward spot. It's shown live as a percentage and accrues continuously.

Liquidation

If your position's equity falls to the maintenance-margin threshold, a permissionless keeper closes it at a fresh price. A capped liquidator fee is taken; an insurance fund absorbs any gap/bad-debt so the shared vault never goes negative. You can't be liquidated on a stale price.

Faucet testnet

Try everything risk-free on testnet. Connect your wallet and claim from the faucet — you get test ETH for gas plus test USDG to trade with (rate-limited per day). No real money, full functionality.

Trade-to-earn Season 1

Your testnet trading volume earns real tokenized stock, delivered to your wallet on mainnet — and it's repeatable: the more you trade, the more you earn.

• Earn $1 of stock for every $10,000 of testnet volume you generate.
• Claims are paced over time so payouts stay steady, and your total entitlement keeps growing with volume.
• Pick your stock (NVDA / TSLA / GOOGL), connect your mainnet wallet, link your X account, and sign. It's transferred to you on-chain.

Example: trade $50k of volume and you've earned $5 of stock. Keep trading and more unlocks as your volume grows. Try the exchange for free and keep walking away with something real.

Trade from any AI chat new

The hoodr agent turns trading into tools any AI can call. Connect Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor and just talk — it quotes, buys, sells, and opens leveraged positions on tokenized stocks, all on-chain. It's non-custodial (your keys, or a scoped session), capped (hard per-trade and daily limits the model physically can't exceed), and every trade returns the exact fill plus a Robinhood-Chain transaction link.

It speaks two open standards, so it works across chat apps:

• MCP (Model Context Protocol) at https://mcp.hoodr.trade/mcp — the connector URL for Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor.

How it stays safe: the AI only ever proposes a trade — deterministic code validates it, enforces the on-chain spending caps, and signs. The model never sees your private key, and no prompt can make it exceed your limits.

Connect a chat

Claude (web or desktop): Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector → paste https://mcp.hoodr.trade/mcp. Claude signs in automatically (OAuth) — no token to copy — and the hoodr tools appear. Turn the connector on in a chat and start trading.
